With heavy heart have to let you know, that we left Oregon to Montana and lost all conveniences of our beloved H-mart. I stocked on some supplies, like black bean sauce, rice wine and seasonings, but steamed buns I have to start making myself:((
So, here is my question: can I freeze these ones, as no way I will cook just a little at a time?

This is THE best recipe for hoppang ever. The filling is exactly the amount you need to make a full recipe. Other times I always ended up with too much or too little (I had to change the ground meat for pyogo and TVP mix cause I’m vegetarian. Couldn’t find the Korean curry around here too, but it worked in the end… I’ll definitely want to try it if I ever find it)

Also, this dough is soooo easy to work with and you actually show it on the video “this is how soft it’s supposed to be” and it made everything so much easier. I can’t thank you enough for sharing it.

Your kids trying it at the end was also pretty cute ✨
