We like to steam sweet potato and eat plain as it is.. since Korean potatoes are sweet .. so we don’t need any extra sugar or any other stuff. I believe that’s how the celebrities eat sweet potatoes for their diet. low calories and high fiber.. ^^ great for dieting. God bless you too.

Do you have any recommendations on a diet plane that would include sweet potatoes. I truly love sweet potatoes, not you couldn’t tell.
