I will try to make it for New year’s Eve, as well as different Korean Dishes.
My friends would like a Korean evening meal.
As one of my friend has allergy of seafood and fishes, I was wondering if you had any suggestions of dishes.

hi Kerry,
Hotteok dough is usually sticky… that’s why I mentioned in the video.. put some oil on your hands to work with that sticky dough.. if you don’t have sweet rice flour, you can use just normal flour instead too.. 🙂 don’t be scared with your dough..hehe it will turn into delicious bread 😉

I am an avid cook, but dough scares me because it seems so precise and I’m not good at it.

The dough proofed fine, but it was so gooey and sticky I couldn’t even form it into a pancake nevermind a ball.

That said i couldn’t find “sweet” rice flour at my Asian Market, but o DID find “Rice Floor” so I used that.

Is that the problem?? Or did I do something else wrong?
