I remember eating a potato pizza a few year in a small western restaurant in my country and I fell in love with the taste. It was made with thinly sliced potato, spinach, caramelized onions, cheeses and a white sauce and the pizza dough was super thin and crusty. The combination was excellent! Unfortunately, the restaurant has closed down…so sad… I’ll never get to eat their pizza again. 🙁

I don’t think I will be able to replicate their pizza with the same taste. But your recipe looks easy to make and tasty, will try to make it some day! 🙂
