He only used 3 ingredients: leftover bulgogi, shredded cheese and mandu skins. And pan fried the quesadilla over the stove. It looks super easy to make and delicious. But I prefer your filling recipe! 😉 One of these days, I will try making quesadilla with your filling on mandu skins and pan fry.

I posted it before.. I used pork for the recipe though..but the sauce is same..so you can replace the pork to beef.. here is a link for you. 🙂
