This is Joshua Jun. 제 이름은 전성환입니다. I’ll try to learn how to make that kind of sandwich but if I skip the cucumber, I need to put more onions. I could use 1/4 teaspoon of vinegar and 1/2 teaspoon of salt for the boiled eggs. I hope I’ll try it someday.

Many blessings,

Joshua Jun 전성환

One trick I learned from my grandmother was to add a spoonful or two of sweet pickle brine from a jar of sweet pickles into the mix instead of sugar. Just something to try. Thank you for the recipes!

I was wondering; do you use Korean mayonnaise or Western-style mayonnaise for this sandwich?

I enjoy watching your videos and will certainly be attempting Toju Jeon sometime soon. But in this video, I wanted to thank you for the awesome tip of weighing the sandwiches down for several minutes! That tip is such a life saver!! Will certainly share that with anyone and everyone I know from now on. Thank you and God bless!!

I thought it may get overdue without seeing your recipe here. I like your video very much, keep up!
