I omitted hot pepper, because we don’t eat spicy food and added bunch of green onions. Delicious! Absolutely will cook again. We ate them slavic way – with sour cream.

You can find it at a Korean grocery market. However, I noticed that usually small Korean grocery doesn’t have it… but big one like hmart or assi plaza will have it. You can also plant your own if you have a garden.. thanks

That’s just normal flour.. so you can use normal wheat flour you use for cooking at home. 🙂
