It was prepared in a wok-like thing. It was very spicy, had reddish sauce, and there were cylindrical noodle-like things (a guy I asked said they were “like noodles” and that they were made with the same ingredients. They weren’t hollow, and they were chewier than Italian noodles) and maybe pieces of fish patty in it. I don’t think it was kimchi.

I’m not sure).It took me a long day to chop,squeeze,seal,cook and…eat πŸ˜› .After trying many ways to enjoy those delicious dumplings: steam,pan-fry,…i ‘d like something different.Since you have homemade mandu on hand now,could you post a recipe for mandu stew?(I hope they still last in your freezer πŸ˜› ).I know you’re very busy so maybe you will add it to your list for future posting.
