It depends on how sour or old kimchi you can eat. Kimchi is fermented food, so you can keep it for months.. however some people don’t like too sour or too old kimchi, so they will eat it before it becomes too old. Thanks

These were so good I had to hold myself back from finishing all in one sitting. I reduced the 1 cup ap flour to 3/4 cup as suggested by Angel, and because I didnt have frying flour, I added 1/2 tsp baking powder to 1/3 ap flour. Pancake edges turned out lightweight and crispy. haha you are right.. I like my kimchi jeon more crispy.. so maybe not..leftover kimchi jigae..it was a creative idea though..anyway.. I like to eat leftover kimchi jigae with rice.. hehe thanks
