I haven’t tried it yet, but I will this weekend!

hi Jennifer Karpenko,
Yes, you can do that.
You can also just pour rest of the ice cream mixture to a glass container and freeze it. 🙂 Thanks

I only have 1 mold that fits 4 at one go, so I wonder, can I make the whole thing, separate into 2 batches. Put 1 batch to fridge, pour 1 batch, wait for the 1st mold to set (6hrs), and pour the rest to make second batch? Or the fridge will cause it to be slightly iced?

I only recently tried a red bean ice cream with was BB Big Bar… I liked it but looking at the ingredients I definately thought it would be healthier to make your own. 🙂

So I mixed the red bean paste with 1 cup of unsweetened soy milk and about 4 tbsp of sugar. I will tell you how it comes out.
