Oh no~~ it’s not a dumb question at all.. Sorry that my explanation wasn’t clear. If you never made something before.. everything can be questionable..I understand that. So about your question..yes you don’t have to have a hand mixer for this recipe. you can use spoon or fork. Thanks

I dont have hand mixer, can i mix with spoon?
