I just had a similar recipe with the same sauce but over whole wheat capellini for nutrition. Thanks for the tip on making servings for kids, as mine are just a little bit older than yours is. This way I can still share my love for Korean food with them, even though they are not ready to appreciate spiciness yet.

Both my husband and Father have been to Korea, though I did not get to go. Which made me very sad. Previously I have found Korean recipes from the Official Korean Tourist Website, which is very nice.
