The Korea Tourism Website, koreataste.org, requested that I participate in an interview to answer some questions about my YouTube Channel and my blog Aeri’s Kitchen.
My eBook
Hi Everyone! Are you having a great year so far? Did you make any New Year resolutions? hehe … I hope everybody is doing well. Today, I want to share great news from Aeri’s Kitchen; we just published my e-cookbook on Amazon. Yay! I’m very excited now. The numbers of e-book readers are dramatically increasing, and it is convenient to use Kindles, iPods, iPads, or other readers for cooking, because you can easily take your e-book(s) wherever you cook.
The book has over 130 delicious Korean recipes from Aeri’s Kitchen since April 2008 to December 2010; almost all of the Korean recipes from my blog are in this e-book. Maybe we will have another e-book next year. π The book includes pictures of all of the recipes and a table of contents with pictures for ease in finding recipes, but we were unable to include the step-by-step pictures. The price will be 2.99 USD, which is the lowest price we could sell it at.
New Face on Aeri’s Kitchen
Hi Everyone! Today, I want to introduce you to my mother-in-law, Diane, who will share Western recipes with you on Aeriβs Kitchen. She will post various American home recipes from appetizers to desserts in the Western Food category. As a reminder to our readers, you can subscribe or view each category independently if Western food does not interest you.
Welcome to Aeri’s Kitchen’s New Theme
Hi Everyone! Did you notice any changes with my blog? Hehe … I am sure that you’ve noticed a difference. π I know a lot of people liked my old theme, but we needed to make some changes for a better blog. The biggest change will be the design, which took a lot of time to create, making it more organized and pretty. I am happy about it. Another big change is that we added new categories/menus such as Western Food, Korean Lessons, and Ingredients. Some people may not be interested in the new additions, but don’t worry – you can subscribe to each category seperately, or you can bookmark the category that interests you.
I learn how to cook American food from my mother-in-law. I suggested that she share her great recipes with others through my blog. Thankfully, she is willing to do that with me. I’m very excited to share her delicious food with you. π Some of my friends might already know this – recently I started to post a series of Korean lesson videos on my YouTube channel. My blog will help supplement those videos. The ingredient section will show some of the ingredients from the recipes and their uses, storage techniques, health benefits, etc.
Right now, the Western Food and Korean Lessons categories have just been started, so they don’t have that many posts. However, we will continuously create new posts for them, so please wait for them. I hope you like these new changes from Aeri’s Kitchen. Thanks for reading.
See you soon again with a delicious recipe or cool Korean lesson.

I’m back with new web hosting.
Hi everyone,
I missed you so much. At last, my blog is working again. The past few weeks, we had problems with our hosting company. To make a long story short, we do not recommend Inmotion Hosting. I am sorry that we lost recent comments and e-mails. (Since all of your comments mean so much to me, I’m very sad about that.) However, I will take this situation positively – thanks to your support, my blog is growing. π hehe Now it is time to post more new recipes again. Are you ready? YES, I AM. Thank you. π

The Theme Poll Result
Hi Everyone! Thank you for participating the poll about my blog theme. Since the gap between new theme and old theme are not even close, we closed the poll. Actually, we had the feeling that most of you like older theme more than new one, and that’s one reason we started the poll. We respect all of your opinions, but we will follow majority. Out of 47 votes, 70% liked the old theme better; 26% liked the new theme better, and 4% were indifferent. We will always try to make better blog for you. Thanks for all of the votes. Have a great weekend. π

There is a site called “Easy2CookTV.com”. On Monday, I received an interesting message from them. I was picked as a chef of this week. Oh … “Chef”… I don’t think that I can be called a chef, but anyway I thought it was cool to share with you. π
They have many different kinds of cooking videos from different countries. They don’t have Korean category separately yet, but they will make it soon. If you love to watch cooking videos or cooking, it’s good site to check it out. They have also picked my “spicy fried pork” video as the recipe of the week. Please visit http://www.easy2cook.tv/
