Today, I will make a delicious food that can either be a soup or side dish using extra soft tofu and eggs.
This soft and warm food has a savory flavor along with a little bit of crunchiness from the veggies. In less than 10-15 minutes, you can make amazing Korean food you can enjoy for breakfast or any other meal. You will especially love it on cold days.

- 1 Pack Extra Soft Tofu (11 oz)
- 3 Eggs (3 Pinches Salt)
- ⅔ Cup Water
- 4 Pieces Dried Kelp (2 x 2 Inch Each)
- 2 Tbsp Green Onion
- 1 Tbsp Carrot
- 1 Tbsp Fish Sauce
- ½ tsp Sesame Oil
- ¼ tsp Sesame Seeds
In a clay or normal pot, pour ⅔ cup of water.
Add 4 pieces of dried kelp (2 x 2 inches each) to the pot and bring it to a boil. Once the water starts to boil, cook it for about 3 minutes on medium-high to make a broth.
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients such as 1 pack of extra soft tofu (11 oz), green onions, and carrots.
Slice the tofu into big chunks and finely chop 2 Tbsp of green onions & 1 Tbsp of carrot.
Break 3 eggs and whisk them well with 3 pinches of salt.
After 3 minutes, remove the kelp from the broth.
Season the broth with 1 Tbsp of fish sauce. You can also use some soup soy sauce or salt depending on your taste.
Next, put the tofu into the pot.
Once the broth starts to boil, slowly drizzle the egg mixture over the broth. Do not stir it at the beginning until the eggs become chunks. Cook it for 2 minutes after it starts to boil again. Every now and then, stir the egg chunks gently.
After the 2 minutes, sprinkle the chopped veggies on top and cook it for another 2 minutes.
After the 2 minutes, turn off the heat and add ¼ tsp of sesame seeds and ½ tsp of sesame oil before serving.
This can be good for breakfast, a baby, or a person suffering from medical issues since it is so soft, mild, and easy to chew & digest. Tofu and eggs are good sources of protein, so they can be great for a healthy diet too. Of all the good things about this dish, the most important of all is that it is so delicious.
